This question is inspired by a conversation I was having with a friend the other day. How many of you reading this blog have a Myspace page? If you do have one, how old are you? Feel free to answer anonymously if you're hesitant to share your age because you tell everyone you're really 29.

I do not have a myspace page. I know there are plenty of over-50's on there, but I don't plan to be one of them. Same reason you might find me at Applebee's at Hamburg on Saturday night, but not any of the places down near the UK Campus.
I'm 35 and yes, I have one. Primarily cause every great once in a while there is a "must see" and you have to have an account to see it. That and I enjoy seeing my caesar picture almost as much as a friend of mine enjoys his "rockin out" picture.... :)
I have a myspace page, but I usually use facebook over myspace. I'm 19 years old as well.
No, I have an account on Facebook, instead. I'm 45.
I used to use MySpace... but all the spam friend requests got me down. :(
I check in every once in a while, but I primarily use (and by primarily, I mean I'm addicted to) Facebook.
29.
Wonder how many other Crossroads folks have Facebook accounts. We should start a Group on there!
I have a facebook and a myspace....I'm 26...
I have a myspace account but not facebook . . . not yet anyway. I'm 29 - no really, I am.
I don't have a myspace or facebook acct yet.
I'm 37.
I think it might be interesting to add a season of life question to this survey.
How many of us w/myspace or facebook accts have kids at home under 8?
Guess I'm thinking I'm too busy to keep up with one more thing with young kids at home.
I'm 32 and use Facebook... Helps keep in touch with family and friends many miles away... never really looked into MySpace... seems like a yesterday thing...
i dont have a myspace or a facebook page but i do have a three and a half month old and she has a myspace page.
I do not have a MY Space or a Facebook and do not know how it operates. Can some users help clarify how it works? Does it have some sort of honor code? Do you have to trust that every participant is who they say they are? Because, for a long time I thought it was for college age young adults until last week. I am not sure whether this is correct or not. But, I found out that My space, is a great place for exposure (internet exposure). And, that anybody, (age or otherwise can have a My Space or Facebook) and can freely market not only their ideas but their business as well, to anyone, anywhere, in the entire world.
I do not have one. I'm not cool enough:)
Oh, and I'll be 33 this month.
Oh, JVK, you are cool enough. Just try it, you'll be hooked like everyone else.
I have a myspace account, but didn't even know what it was until Micah got me internet for Christmas. I felt weird even checking into it because I thought it was a dating forum. I had a serious addiction for a couple of months until I went into a self involved spiral and just started my own blog. I'm 25.
I am 43, do have child under 8 at home, and have a myspace but no Facebook.
Before my community I confess this:
I caved and grabbed a Facebook account this week.
I'm 41 and no, I don't have a myspace page, mainly because of the reasons Fred mentioned below...just not enough online time to keep up with it at home with a small one. I've just learned a little about it from my friend Patrick...it's fun to occasionally look at others' pages, though!
